By using Predictor's website, app, or any of its services, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these terms and conditions. Please read them in full before using the service.

- These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Predictor and the user.
- This service is available to individuals aged 18 and above only.

Account Registration & Eligibility
Creating an account on Predictor is completely free. However, providing accurate and truthful information during registration is mandatory. Predictor reserves the right to terminate any account found to have been registered with false information.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
- The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be verified.
- Your account information must be kept up to date at all times.
Predictor may request KYC verification for withdrawals above a certain limit or for security-related reasons. You may be required to submit a scanned copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence. Large withdrawals may be put on hold until the KYC process is complete.
Users may close their account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before closing. To reactivate your account, contact our Help Centre.
Important Notice
Opening an account under someone else's name or a false identity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be terminated along with any remaining balance.

Betting Rules
Please familiarise yourself with these rules before placing a bet on Predictor. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — so make sure to review everything carefully before submitting.
- The minimum bet amount is ৳10 and the maximum for a single bet is ৳5,00,000.
- Odds change constantly. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
- Predictor reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
- If a match is abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
- In live betting, if your internet connection drops but the bet has already reached our servers, it will remain valid.
- If any leg of an accumulator bet is voided, the remaining legs will be recalculated.
Special Circumstances for Bet Cancellation
If team line-ups or weather conditions change before a match kicks off, Predictor may reassess certain bets. Affected members will be notified by email or push notification.

- Deposits are typically processed within 30 seconds–5 minutes
- Deposits must be made from your own wallet
Withdrawal Terms & Conditions
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳300
- Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes
- Withdrawals can only be made to an account held in your own name
- Large withdrawals may be put on hold pending KYC verification

Bonus & Promotion Terms
Predictor offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the bonus page. The general rules are outlined below.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted until the required wager amount has been met.
- While a bonus is active, you will generally not be able to claim another bonus.
- If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
- Predictor reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.
- If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using Predictor's services. Any violation will result in permanent account closure, including forfeiture of the account balance.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
- Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
- Assisting minors (under 18) in opening an account.

Dispute Resolution Process
For any dispute or complaint, please contact our Help Centre first. We aim to resolve all issues within 72 hours. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to an independent third-party mediator.
- First step in a dispute: submit a complaint via live chat or email.
- Step two: escalation to senior management for review (within 72 hours).
- Step Three: Independent external mediator.
- Legal action: If all other methods fail, the matter may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction.
